Hotel Plaza Jardín

It was a good experience, the attention was very nice, the cost for the family room was good, I did not have the opportunity to know the food but I think from what I saw it is good. Each floor has free water, the bathrooms in the rooms are very nice, maybe I would only change the closets. Thank you for the experience, the treatment and the attention to each of my questions. The location is beautiful in front of the kiosk and a few meters from the temple, excellent location if you want to go out and enjoy a few drinks.

Super friendly staff, very clean rooms and amazing location. We changed to a balcony room facing the plaza and it has been wonderful. Great views and constant entertainment from below. A breathtaking rainstorm with lightning tonight was spectacular to watch from the patio. Definitely will return.

The staff is super friendly and polite. Clean rooms, it actually smells clean! Right in the plaza. The only thing we did not like is the fireworks at 5 a.m. it was like if they were going on right outside our room. I reccomend this hotel.

How can you stay at a better location. This place has it all. Bed comfortable, bathrooms clean. Right in the square.

The hotel is right on the square. You can relax on the rooftop and watch the zocolo or step out the door and be immersed in the energy of it. Distillery tours, tequila tastings, and great restaurants are all within steps. I've stayed in two rooms both were very nice and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Can't wait u til I can return.

One of the best located hotels in Tequila, great looks, inside restaurant and outstanding customer service, but there's three things that could get better. Overall shower/bathroom ventilation, a better mattress and pillows, and isolate more the rooms from outer noise, we could hear every single mariachi, trio, and people passing by and it was madness if you didn't get up early and sleept late.

Great location and quiet except for the church bells. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds, but the pillows are fairly thin. Modern elevator and good service.

My wife and I really enjoyed our two nights at Hotel Plaza Jardin. It is beautifully constructed and very well maintained. We were given a suite at a very good price which was clean and exceeded our expectations. The double balcony doors opened into the center of the building in a Spanish colonial style. The staff and management were very kind and helpful with our booking needs as well as helping us make travel arrangements. The manager Julio and Lety will go out of their way to assist customers with their needs. On our first day we arrived two hours before check-in time but there was no problem getting in early. The hotel is perfectly located on the zocalo giving short walking distance to all the tourist sights, tours and restaurants. A quaint seating area on the roof provides a panoramic view of the town center, however it is closed a little early at 9:00 pm. The hotel is quiet and the town of Tequila is very safe even after dark. I will be returning to the hotel again and I highly recommend it to others.
